Most of us adore dogs, but let’s face it, some of their behaviour is bizarre, and if you didn’t think so before, now is the time to put yourself in their paws. Martin Rosner, the author of Hot Paper Comics, has created a series that allows for some amusing role reversal, depicting events that answer the question “what if people adopted dog behaviour?”

The young Croatian was motivated by his love of dogs and even has his own lovely yellow lab named Thor. “Dogs are wonderful and make me happy, so I created webcomics about them,” he told Bored Panda.
The 23-year-old only started drawing a year and a half ago, but she’s already had some success. “I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a lot of amazing comic authors since I started my amusing comics.” Among them are Extra Fabulous Comics, MrLovestein, and Perry Bible Fellowship. “I’d been reading those comic strips for years and it’s been odd chatting to them,” he remarked.
Rosner claimed he comes up with ten new concepts and then chooses the one he loves best. “I discovered that the most crucial component of generating excellent work is failing.”
The young cartoonist said at the moment he is looking for a job to pay the bills but isn’t letting go of his true passions, “I hope to one day make a living from cartoon drawings and doing stand-up.”
