Samuel MB utilised the instruments at his disposal to test the concept because it would be impossible in reality. This artist, actor, and elementary school teacher uses Photoshop to bring well-known Disney characters into his life, allowing them to interact in funny and recognisable situations.
We showed how Samuel uses digital alterations to connect with Disney characters, but his fantasy world is simply too rich not to reveal more of his fanart!Which of your favourite cartoon characters would you most like to meet in real life? Let us know in the comments what you think!
We called the artist again to have him walk us through the process of creating his artwork, and it came out that he did much of it in his own house. The first thing you’ll require is a well-thought-out photo concept. I sometimes get an inspiration for a shot while going about my everyday routine at home. Viewing Disney films can also act as a source of inspiration. All I have to do is open Photoshop and work my magic once I’ve decided what kind of photo I want to make. The first thing I do is go through the movies and look for frames that will help me develop the characters.
Then, at home, I take a photo with my camera and use Photoshop to dis the characters I’ve created.
